We Depend On You
Comstock Homes has always been appreciative of Realtors, and no matter what the real estate cycle, has paid commission to its partners in business.
Comstock offers a variety of condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in the Northern Virginia, Raleigh and Atlanta areas. You don’t have to go from community to community to gather information – our NextHome Resource Center has brochures and details for each one. You can also always visit for site and floor plans, directions and phone numbers.

Our Door’s Always Open
You’re between appointments, but you don’t have enough time to go to the office, and you don’t want to go back to the coffee place and return phone calls because there’s no privacy. You can’t park in front of the owner’s home you’re about to show because they might think you’re a stalker. What do you do? Well…if you’re in the Reston vicinity, we invite you to come by the NextHome Resource Center and use one of our private offices, enjoy some refreshments and relax or catch up on work.
Bring your clients here, too, even if they’re not buying a Comstock Home, to get rejuvenated for the second half of your home showing appointment. Use one our offices to write a contract or discuss any strategies. Take them to our Resource Library, housed at the NextHome Center, so they can read up on home buying, credit, inspections and other topics. Most publications are available in Spanish, too!

Do You Eat Breakfast?
We host Realtor events at the NextHome Resource Center for breakfast monthly. Would your office like to participate? Not only will you get a delicious breakfast and get to know more about the NextHome Resource Center and how it may benefit you and your clients, and about the various Comstock neighborhoods, but we’ll have a guest speaker to introduce you to a new service that may enhance your business, a financier to discuss how the latest trends in lending may affect your business, educate about the differences in purchasing new construction vs. existing construction or other real estate related topics.

We know that an educated client is one who feels comfortable in making a home buying decision. Our classes in First-Time Home Buying and Understanding Money and Credit, in Spanish and English, as well as our Resource Library, will give insight to your clients on the home buying process and then you can continue to navigate them through the maze.
