Lamont Street Lamont Street, Washington DC 
Lamont Street Condos - Comstock Contracting was engaged to provide general contracting services to complete construction of a small condominium building on Lamont Street in the District of Columbia for a real estate investment firm headquartered in New York. The contract services include renovation of the exterior of the building, renovation of the interior of multiple floors and construction of an additional floor on the building. Work commenced in early 2011 and is expected to be complete in the 4th quarter of 2011.
