Emergency Service
In the event of an emergency situation, please contact the
appropriate subcontractor in the Contractor
Directory. If you do not get a satisfactory response
within 24 hours, please call our Customer Service Department
at (703) 883-1700 ext.121. Customer Service department
hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: AIR CONDITIONING FAILURE IS NOT CONSIDERED TO BE AN EMERGENCY.
30 Day Walkthrough Service
During the first month or so of occupancy, you may notice additional items that need
correction. If you find any items that you would like to have addressed we request that,
except in cases of emergency, you accumulate a list of these items. After the first month in your new Comstock home, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange a
convenient time for your Thirty Day Inspection, at which time your list of items will be
addressed and any necessary repairs scheduled.
Additional Service
The Comstock Homes, Limited Warranty runs for twelve (12) months from the date
of your settlement. If any non-emergency service issues do occur, please feel free to
notify us. For your benefit, we prefer to have any issues submitted in writing prior to
the one-year anniversary of your settlement date. We will contact you upon receipt of
any request in order to coordinate a time to complete any necessary work as quickly as
possible.
Homeowner Maintenance Responsibilities
The following items are not warrantable by Comstock Homes. They are normal homeowner
maintenance responsibilities, and should be taken care of on a regular basis as needed:
